SegaCON and the associated banner are copyrights of Sega.  I was personally 
asked by a Sega Rep. to put that banner on my page.  However, I'm not the 
only one to be asked.  Far from it in fact.  For many people were asked to 
put up a banner, but only those with extraordinary Sonic webpages.  I'd 
like to congratulate those who earned the right to display the banner on 
their page, and may we all hope that SegaCon kicks major arse.
